HandySew™ General Terms of Sale

Welcome to HandySew™. Please read these Terms of Sale carefully. By placing an order on www.HandySew.com, you agree to abide by them. These terms govern your purchase of our portable handheld sewing machines and related accessories.

1. Order Placement & Acceptance

  • Order Confirmation: When you submit an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email acknowledging receipt. This email is not acceptance of your order.

  • Order Acceptance: Your order is accepted and a contract formed only when we send a Shipping Confirmation email. If we cannot accept your order—for example, due to product unavailability or pricing errors—we will notify you and refund any amounts charged.

2. Product Details & Pricing

  • Descriptions: We strive for accuracy in product images, specifications, and descriptions. Minor variations (e.g. color or finish) may occur.

  • Pricing: All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude sales tax, VAT, and shipping fees (added at checkout).

  • Promotions: Any discounts or promotional codes must be applied at the time of purchase. Promotions cannot be retroactively applied.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

  • Authorization: By providing payment information, you authorize HandySew™ to charge your chosen method for the total order amount.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing Time: Orders typically process within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).

  • Delivery Estimates: Standard shipping: 5–10 business days. Express options available at checkout.

  • Tracking: You will receive shipment tracking details once your order ships.

  • Delays: If a significant delay occurs, please contact our support team at support@handysew.com.

5. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details. In summary:

  • Return Window: 14 days from delivery.

  • Defective/Damaged Items: Return shipping covered by HandySew™; we’ll replace or refund in full.

  • Change of Mind: Customer pays return shipping; item must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories.

  • Refund Timing: Approved refunds are issued within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

6. Warranty

  • Coverage: HandySew™ products carry a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

  • Remedies: During the warranty period, we will repair or replace defective units at our discretion (shipping costs may apply).

  • Exclusions: Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Direct Damages Only: Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

  • Exclusions: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on www.HandySew.com—including text, imagery, logos, and designs—is owned by HandySew™, Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.

9. Data & Privacy

We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By placing an order, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of data as described therein.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • Applicable Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.

  • Jurisdiction: Any dispute must be filed in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, CA.

  • Pre-litigation Resolution: We encourage you to contact customer support at support@handysew.com to resolve any issues before pursuing formal legal action.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy, form the complete agreement between you and HandySew™, superseding any prior communications. Your order constitutes your acceptance of these Terms of Sale.
