We stand behind the quality of HandySew™ and want every customer to feel confident with their purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we’re here to help with a smooth, transparent return process.
🔁 Return Window
You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your HandySew™ product.

If the product is damaged, defective, or non-functional, we’ll cover the return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.

For other returns (e.g., change of mind), return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Products must be unused and in original condition.
🛠️ Damaged or Defective Items
If your HandySew™ arrives damaged or isn’t working properly:

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos/videos showing the damage or malfunction.

We’ll respond with return instructions and cover all return costs if the item is eligible.
📦 Return Instructions
To initiate a return:

Submit a request within 14 days of delivery.

Repack the product in its original box, including all accessories, user manuals, and packaging materials.

Once received, we will inspect the product and notify you of your refund or exchange approval.

To ensure fairness, we cannot process returns if:
